The word "Sorry"

This idea came to my mind when I was talking to a friend. I don’t like this word, I found this word has no significance. Everyone use this word very frequently even I use this word too. But sometimes I realize there is no point of using this, we use this either just to justify ourselves or to have solace. I think it’s just a way to hide our helplessness when we are not able to make the things right.

The word “Sorry” is not enough to say what you have done,

Then why we are using this, we know it’s not easy to say in words,

How it could be possible to explain everything by these five letters,

You can’t get them back everything from whom you have taken shelters,

The dreams have you taken away; the journeys have you left on the way,

Changes you have imposed on someone’s life, changes just occurred because of you,

You forced them to think, a reason you gave someone to move,

It’s you who gave them reason to consider lie instead of truth,

Then how you suppose to justify this act by using this word,

Even the word is so small; it doesn’t have the capacity to imbibe everything on your behalf what you have done to this world,

“Sorry”, the world itself has incompleteness even doesn’t have depth inside,

Then how it seems genuine, how you have presumed it as a perfect thing for yourself to hide,

Have you seen yourself? Somewhere deep inside, some thoughts are staggering,

They want to see real you, not the one with whom you are vindicating everything,

They why you are jeopardizing this word’s soul for yourself,

This word does not have any fault, what you did it’s your fault,

So leave it, and then it can also have good place and life for itself,

Because they don’t deserve a place what you wanted to give them to satisfy your assault,

I would say the word “Sorry” is not going to change anything in our lives,

Then there is no need for using this word; the word doesn’t have any magic to take away your agony,

Then why we believe that this will help us to make everything right, to have a good end,

Trust me, I don’t believe in this theory, I would expect the same from you, don’t believe in this word my dear friend.
